Brother

My brother would be coming back from Kenya anytime soon cos he's gonna participate in a Triathlon which will be held in East Coast,Singapore between 28-29 Aug.If u all bunch of ignorant muthafuckas who doesn't know what triatlon is.Well its an athletic contest in which participants compete without stopping in three successive events, usually long-distance swimming, bicycling, and running.My brother and my future sister-in-law lurves to participate in such events and I dunno why.Mebbe thats why he got such nice abs and all unlike me who got one huge-titanious-one-ton-piece of flabs.

He's got an interesting regime when he comes back to Singapore.He and his gf along with bunch of other blokes are gonna cycle all the way up to Mouth Ophir or Gunung Ledang near Malacca,Malaysia which is like 300+km away.Imagine cycling from Jurong to Changi 6 times man!~ Aniwae goodluck to them...
