Few nights back my colleague Aishah got locked out of her own apartment because she forgot to bring her keys. So she went back home and knocked on the door cause she knows her housemate Zalina is already back at home. So she knocked repeatedly on the door and pressed the bell. Infact Aishah even called her mobile number so that she would pick it up and eventually open the door for her. But unfortunately that dumb-brown-ass-wipe-shit did not open the door. I'm not sure if she is petty, really deaf or simply an asshole. Aiza who stays at the same apartment apparently wasn't at home, she went to the salon to do her make up or what's not for her interview for Emirates cabin crew.
So Anita and I took turns to call Zalina's mobile. When we first called her mobile, it rang but she didn't pick it up. We called her again and this time her mobile was switch off. It's a matter of fact that she had switched off her phone and does not want to entertain us. She could at least give us back a call, she ain't blind to see that she got miss calls unless well she got dried cum on her eyes. We aren't surprised with the fact that she would not let Aishah in. So Aishah had to call for the guard who doesn't hold any spare keys and she has to travel all the way to my apartment to wait for Aiza to finish up her errands. If not she couldn't go home.
Anita confronted Zalina about the petty issue. Her reply was..
Hi Anita,
I appreciate your comments. But you don't know a person until you live with one. I'm not a petty person. I don't give a damn to most things much less by what you said are "youngsters". I have no expectations at all from people. They have the right to be whatever they want to be. I just work around that. I have no problems with youngsters like Aiza. Aisha may be young but she's smarter than what you think. I'm been very tolerating and keeping quiet at most times and I simply ignore her. The milk is not an issue it's simply her attitude. She doesn't need guidance – she's old enough to think for herself. Jane and I used to do that "guidance" thing but we stopped when we were reminded that we are not her mom. Ok I don't like to get into details. We are all kind of stuck and frankly I can't wait till this flat contract will be over. But like you said it's about sharing a living space together – it's a pity she still doesn't know how to. But I'm not batting a wrinkle over this..there are other more worthwhile things to bother about..
I find her reply somewhat contradicting. Well its good for her that she could ignore people but I simply don't understand the part when she wrote 'Aisha is young and smarter than what you think'. Isn't it good to live with someone who is smart? Does that mean Aiza is dumb and she likes to hang out with dumb people? I supposed she doesn't want anyone smarter than her to live under the same roof. Another weird comments was the part she wrote 'Jane and I used to that guidance', how funny that sound if she said 7 months earlier, the thought of them doing things together. I remember Jane told me Zalina was somewhat weird and the best way is to simply ignore and avoid her if possible. If she has no problem with Aisha drinking her milk in the fridge then I guess she don't have to be angry with her and demand her milk to be replaced immediately.
I simply think that some people really need to grow up and compromise with whoever they encounter with especially if they are staying together. If you've a problem with your partner just clarify it to them. If you are not telling to your partner, he/she wouldn't know about it and would continue to behave the way she is and would probably drive you crazy. If you are simply a control authoritarian freak, my advice is, GET A LIFE, nobody rules another person's life.
Now I wonder what if all those things that Jane says about Zalina is true? Maybe she is weird one way or another. I remember Jane told me to be careful and watch out for her as she is petty over the smallest thing cos it happened to her few times while working together in their previous company.
Some people were reading my previous entry before the Turkey trip and they thought I was writing about Aiza. How contrary and dumb retarded it is? She is not a celebrity and why would I want to write an article about someone who I don't usually hang out with. These people should commit hara-kiri along with their families. At least there are no longer morons. I only blog about popular retarded people like my friends and myself and others who are totally a nuisance in my life. These people need to get a life too… and perhaps I myself need to a life too. LOL
So I just simply hope people like Zalina and Zul would just mind their own business and perhaps stop provoking and assuming of Aiza because she did nothing wrong like what you all thought. I think their circle of friends is rather small thus they blame her. It is such a sad thing that they read blogs without understanding. I think they all shouldn't read blogs, it's just not their thing but then again they all should really get a blog, cos its faster to spread gossip via blogging. It's a bit slow too if they do it verbally damn leceh also. If via email well it would be probably that their conversationg would be Bcc to me. Opps.. Oh dear.. Emails do get dysfunctional sometimes.
Perhaps Aiza wasn't wrong when she says that if Zalina could do such things to Aishah, Zalina would probably do the same thing to her too.
p.s. Singapore need more babies, don't waste time reading blog. So get LOST, get LAID, get a LIFE.. take your pick..

A Tenant’s Guide to Renting
The first challenge every tenant faces is finding an apartment for rent that suits their individual needs. For today’s tenant, the most effective apartment search can be done using an online apartment finder. Tenants should decide what they require in an apartment or house rental before beginning their search. For example: the number of bedrooms, location or distance from public transportation and how much the tenant can afford to pay in rent, furnished or unfurnished apartment, etc. By making these important decisions first, tenants can avoid renting an apartment or house only to regret it later. Many tenants today are taking advantage of the convenience of the internet to locate apartments for rent as opposed to the traditional print publications.
Once a possible apartment or home has been found, it is the tenant's duty to thoroughly inspect the premises making a commitment in the form of a security deposit. A tenant should not rely on the landlord or the landlord's agent to tell the tenant if anything is wrong with the property. The tenant must inspect the property carefully and ask questions about it.
Inspecting the condition and functionality of the following areas/features of the apartment before committing yourself as a tenant is highly recommended.
1. Kitchen appliances in working order.
2. Water pressure strong, plumbing without leaks.
3. Electrical outlets and wiring working.
4. Walls and ceiling painted or papered without cracks
5. Ventilation or air conditioning accessible.
6. Floors, railings and bathrooms in good repair.
7. Fire escape easy to use.
8. Stairs safe and well-lighted.
9. No rodents or insects.
10. Heating system in working order.
11. If furnished, check and write down condition of all furniture.
12. Windows and doors operable and weather-tight; screens provided.
The tenant should also check the security of the building to find out if there is a dead-bolt lock, security chain, or through-the-door viewer.
BEWARE OF EXISTING DAMAGES: In order to avoid being blamed for damages that already exist in the rental unit, the cautious tenant should take every step for self-protection. Before moving in (or as soon as possible thereafter), the tenant should make a list of all existing damages and repairs that need to be made. A copy of the list should he presented to the landlord and attached to the lease This way the landlord cannot blame the tenant for damages caused by others and the tenant will know what the landlord intends to repair. If the tenant keeps good records the landlord will not be able to keep the tenant’s security deposit for damages that were actually caused by others. Taking pictures before moving in is also strongly recommended.
